Refunds & Returns Policy
For reasonable disputes we do offer refunds and returns for items that have been delivered unsatisfactory. This means we can accept returns on items that haven't been made to order. This consist of popcorn, candy floss and lollipops. All items that are bespoke or personalised, such as sweet cones, sweet cubes, sweet bags cannot be returned due to the nature of preparation and storage.
We are unable to offer refunds on items that arrive late due to the fault of couriers. We recommend all Clients make their orders at least 2 weeks in advance prior to their event to avoid any disappointment with transit.
If you do recieve your order after your event any issues will need to be taken up with the selected courier.
Deliveries
All deliveries will be sent within 3 to 7 days once your order is placed. If purchasing for an event, we recommend placing your order at leat 2 weeks in advance to your booking to avoid any disappointments with delayed deliveries.
Please note all orders made on the weekend will be processed on the Monday commencing. If it is a Bank holiday, processing will commence on the next available working day.
Missing orders
We use Royal mail to send all orders. Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until it is 10 working days over due. Please take this into considerations if your item is delayed. If Royal Mail do report the item has been lost we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Allergens & Ingredients Lists
Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the product information provided, products and their ingredients may change. You are advised to always read the product label for ingredients, nutritional information, dietary claims and allergens.
